Here’s how it works: Simply tell your friends and family how much you love your Wimbush Waters home.

If they decide to buy a home from us based on your recommendation, both of you will be rewarded. Just download a voucher, fill it out with your details, and pass it on to them.

When they’ve found the perfect home, they’ll need to show the completed voucher to a Sales Executive when they reserve their new property.

When do you get your reward?

Once your friend or family member legally completes the purchase, you’ll both receive £2000. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page for more details.

Terms & Conditions

  • Offer available on selected plots and developments only, subject to contract and status.
  • The recommended friend will be eligible for this offer only if, at the time of presenting the voucher, the recommender has legally completed on their own Wimbush Waters home and such Wimbush Waters home is purchased from Wimbush Waters direct.
  • The amount we pay will be £2000 to each of the recommended friend and the recommender. Both payments of £2000 will be one-off payments made by BACS payable once the recommended friend legally completes on the purchase of the new Wimbush Waters home.
  • Payment will be made within one month of the legal completion date.
  • The recommended friend is responsible for submitting their contact details to our Sales Executive.
  • Offer to be claimed by the recommended friend at the point of reservation.
  • Offer only applies if the voucher is signed by each of the recommender, recommended friend and the Sales Executive.
  • Offer may require reservation and exchange to have taken place by particular dates, which may vary for different plots.
  • Offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time prior to payment of reservation fee on the relevant plot.
  • Offer may not be accepted by some lenders or may lead to refusal to provide a mortgage based on your circumstances.
  • YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
